  After reading a less than encouraging review of this AT&T store I was hesitant to try it. My needs were to get a new SIM card for another phone and to have all of my data transferred. Like many people I find tech stuff daunting and dread having to deal with incompetent salespeople. When I called ahead to ask if anyone there could do this I was told that It could certainly be done. A woman named Kerstin (excuse my spelling) was extremely pleasant, professional, and fast. I felt totally reassured by her. She exuded calm and confidence. Before I knew it everything was working like a charm. Thank you! ps Not sure if I should have been charged $5.31 by AT&T but really didn't care since the service was excellent.
